    1. Hola!

Lo mejor es la historia detrás del video...

      Max Cooper:

"The love song is a painfully cliched topic for a piece of music, and seems to be more about making money than anything musical, so it's something I've always avoided.

But it came as a natural conclusion to my album project about the mind and what forces and ideas create who we are, particularly with the arrival of a new (tiny) person in my life. I wanted to try and convey the idea in as honest and simple a manner I could.

I kept it quite stripped back to the elements delivering the feeling, and just tried to use the generative side of things, the clicks and noises, in a subtle way.

I spoke to Kevin about the project, which seemed to demand a celebration of the face as our closest visual tie to love. He had the great idea of collecting photos from the people who would be listening to the music, so we could make the whole thing more of a personal, meaningful experience. And then he worked his magic! It's a lot of fun trying to find yourself and your friends in there, I find it such an engaging piece to watch, I hope you enjoy it too."

      Kevin McGloughlin:

"I am completely honoured to have worked directly with so many people for this global portrait.
It was a great experience of collaboration and though some of the images are less prominent than others, each and every image was as instrumental and important as the next in creating the final piece.

When Max told me about his vision for 'Love Song', "love of the species"
I immediately had the idea to include real people and real moments in the video.
We asked for submissions and images flooded in from people all over the world, and work got under way.

This video is like a postcard for me. Something for all the people involved.

Big thanks to all the collaborators and to Memfies who aided us in the compilation of all the initial images."
